Ben Thanh quadrangle land has a prime location with 4 fronts: Pham Ngu Lao, Pho Duc Chinh, Le Thi Hong Gam, Calmette and opposite Ben Thanh Market. The project used to be called Spirit of Saigon, owned by Saigon Glory Company Limited, a subsidiary of Bitexco Group. However, by the beginning of 2021, the name Masterise Homes suddenly appeared on the notice board outside the project showing that this emerging real estate giant had become the developer of the project.

 

At the same time, the project was also renamed One Central HCM, 224 m high including 2 towers connected by a 58,400 square meter retail podium. West Tower 55-storey tower includes 37,400 m2 of Ritz Carlton hotel floor with 250 rooms, 17,800 m2 of Grade A office floor. The 48-storey East Tower includes 58,400 m2 of floor area divided into 350 luxury apartments. And One Central HCM is located around the whole Ben Thanh station. This is an interchange station of Metro lines 1, 2, 3a, 4.
