Explaining the "heat" of Nha Be real estate in particular and the South area in general, many experts believe that this is an area with a high quality of life, a fresh environment, a high-class utility system.
Many key projects have been approved here with a total capital of up to 5 billion USD to create a traffic network connecting the South Saigon area. The most notable are 3 projects: underpass Nguyen Van Linh - Nguyen Huu Tho, Nguyen Khoai bridge and Thu Thiem 4 bridge.

Recently, the Nguyen Van Linh - Nguyen Huu Tho intersection has started construction with the first phase cost of 830 billion VND. It is expected that when completed in 2022, these two tunnels will make an important contribution to shortening the connection time between the South area and the city center via the Nguyen Huu Tho line.
The Nguyen Khoai bridge project with a total initial investment of about 2,500 billion VND is also being promoted. When in operation, this bridge will help connect the area of District 7 with District 1 and have a branch to District 4, contributing to reducing the load on the existing North-South connection routes.

Another factor that promotes housing make waves here in recent years is the locality sets a target to the district from 2025 and promotes calling for investment to upgrade infrastructure, transportation, environment, and healthcare in the area.
With this policy, it is expected that housing prices in the South area, especially in Nha Be area or specifically Celesta Heights apartments will continue to increase in the near future.
